Why Choose Our 3D Printing Service?

Local, hands-on expertise
We combine traditional woodworking craft with modern additive manufacturing — offering attentive design support, careful post-processing, and finishing to deliver parts that look and perform beautifully.

Fast turnaround & iteration
Rapid prototyping cycles mean faster design validation. Get test parts in days, not weeks, and refine designs quickly with our in-house team.

Small-batch & bespoke runs
Whether you need a single bespoke component, a prototype series, or custom accessories for a furniture piece, we’ll help you choose the right approach and scale.

What We Print

We support a wide range of applications, including:

  • Prototypes and design iterations

  • Functional end-use parts and brackets

  • Custom knobs, handles, and hardware for furniture

  • Presentation models and bespoke gift pieces

  • Jigs, fixtures, and assembly aids for workshops

Materials & Technologies

We work with a broad set of materials and processes to match each project’s functional and aesthetic needs.

Fused Deposition Modelling (FDM)
PLA, PETG, and ABS — great for strong functional parts and fast prototypes.

Stereolithography (SLA)
High-resolution resin printing for fine detail and smooth surface finish — ideal for presentation models and small components.

Post-processing & finishing
Sanding, priming, painting, electroplating-ready preparation, and simple assembly so parts integrate seamlessly with larger builds.

Our Process

  1. Discuss & advise: Send sketches, photos, or CAD files and we’ll advise on materials, tolerances, and costs.

  2. Prototype: We print a test part, review fit and function, and make quick adjustments.

  3. Finish & deliver: Final parts are post-processed and shipped or collected from our Surrey workshop.

Pricing & Lead Times

Costs depend on material, print time, post-processing, and quantity.
Typical lead times for single prototypes are 2–5 business days; small-batch runs vary by complexity.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do you accept CAD files?
Yes — STL, OBJ, and STEP files are preferred. If you only have sketches or photos, we can turn them into printable models (additional design time may apply).

Can you print parts that will be load-bearing?
We can print functional parts, but suitability depends on design, orientation, and material. We’ll advise on reinforcement, wall thickness, and printing direction to meet strength needs.

Do you offer colour matching or painting?
Yes — we can prime and paint parts, and suggest finishes so components match woodwork or other materials used in your project.
